Not really. 120/80 is the "average" blood pressure of the "average" adult.
If you're reasonably fit, you can expect this to be a little lower.
You only really need to worry if the upper value (systolic) drops below 90 and the lower value (diastolic) drops below 50, but if you see a trend with your blood pressure lowering towards that, then get it checked out. But as you are, you're fine!

That's fine 120/80 is the perfect reading, but BP changes throuhout the day due to the activities. If it goes under 90/50 then consult your doctor.

BTW, LOW BP can also be a problem, not just high BP.

if ur bottom no goes over 95 get it checkd because in hospitals its the lower no that counts the most
