prefer walking than a vehicle while going nearby
doing dusting & cleaning of your house yourself
dance a lot in outings & parties
............................................... these are for persons having a busy life routine but if you can spend a little time for jogging or the exercise suggested by any expert will be good for you

Something easy like take the stairs at work or do 100 jumping jacks every morning.

Sit ups and stretches in the morning. Jump rope for cardio.
