Try and change the page margins in File, Page Set up. Do you see the border on screen but it gets chopped when you print, then I think this solution may help.

You can also change in Page Border, Options - change 'measure from' from Edge of Page to Text.

Hope this helps.

Once again i am very apologetic in having to tell yet another windows user that I dearly feel an abyss of pity for them. Windows XP \ 9x or any other Microsoft OS is the most terrible thing ever to happen to mankind. This problem you are facing is one that has been batling its users forever and frankly there is no proper or logical solution but these words of safety: As fast as you can get yourself a copy of any of the latest linux operating systems, get it and install it and to your amazement it will forever be goodbye to worms, viruses, hackerattacks and the whole load of bogus coding Bill Gates has allowed to his companies products. here is a link to the latest Linux I am using: http://fedoraproject.org/ join me in my peace of mind by downloading yourself a free copy which will come with a free office suite and a whole lot more for absolutely free (and there's no catch). Otherwise good luck or you can just download the linux office suite also fo free at: www.oppenoffice.org I do not know how it will run on a windows platform but it's a lot better than MS-Office entirely.

Unfortunately, the Linux operating system isn't used by many people and therefore troubleshooting any problems would be worthless. Also, this issue is not an operating system issue, so I take issue with what one of the previous posters said. The issue is well-known, and yet common-sensical (is that a word?). Here's my article on it:

You have to drag the cursor in the vertical measurement bar to be below the bottom of the border. You will know it is when the shaded area is below the bottom of the border.
