I'm not talking about dying while sleeping. I'm talking about dying in your dreams. If you did die in your dreams, what happen afterwards?

I think when people have traumatic dreams like that they wake up right away. I once had a dream that people were shooting arrows at me. I was running and turned around and an arrow impaled me right in the throat. I woke up right after the arrow hit me.

You might be able to die spiritually during a dream, like a revelation.
When conscious again, might alter the way you live your life after wards.

Yes I did years ago. I dreamt I was in a green kombi van with my son and my nephew, and we crashed. It was terrible, I could hear the sounds of the car crunching and crashing. I felt the moment I was crushed and died. It was horrible. I awoke immediately, perspiring badly. But that was all. I've never forgotten it though. Since then my nephew has died, but not from a car accident.

Dying in your dreams creates a major fear response in your body, you feel that you're going to die creating fear. When this has happened to me and I remember, I wake up. I doubt there's any serious health risks unless you're unhealthy to begin with.

there is a theory that mentions if you die in your dreams you die in real life ( and no the movies did not influence me)

I've been shot multiple times, but I've never died.
I just looked down at my gunshot wounds and panicked, that's what made me wake up.

I did. I saw myself in the coffin and everything. I didn't wake up until they were burying my corpse.
