how can i resteor my deleted files by restor system?

i do that one time, but no file back, and how i should set the time, plz expline my informations in pc is not good.

system restore is meant to "undo" changes to your computer which affect your OS. It will not recover deleted files. You can download trial versions of file recovery software. These will tell you if your files are "retrievable". Then you have to buy the software to complete the process.

by using nortan anti virus u can solve this... it will protect the files which are deleted by you.
