What is the best graphic tablet for a PC to edit digital photographs?

I am looking to buy a graphic tablet for my PC to edit my digital photographs and I use Adobe Photoshop elements 4 as the software.

The best graphic tablets are the Wacom Intuos series - price can be expensive, depending on size eg A6,A5 or A4
Cheaper alternatives include Wacom Graphire or Wacom Volito
Trust also do some budget graphics tablets

Wacom is the best, but they're hellish expensive. I use the Trust, and it's an excellent budget option.
