the first thing about liking someone starts in your own person.. even if you don`t tell him, your body language, the way you are smiling to him these will change. your pulse is going to be higher, and your hole body starts feeling things that were never felt before.. if you are not going to tell him you`re gonna feel frustrated, a natural state of it, so i advise u to go for it.. it`s a free world.. we have liberty of speaking and saying our thoughts. if he doesn`t like you ad least you will move on to someone who does

You need to take risks sometimes. Or, you can wait and see what unfolds. Try to read signs, but know that many signs you see may be guys not knowing that they are giving you signs.

Well, the best way is to ask him that. Only thing that can happen is that he will like you or not. In either case you have to deal with it on your own. We do have rejections happening in life and we need to take them in our stride.
