Say hello and then say your name. Ask how they are doing or ask how their day is going. When the conversation is leaning in your favor you ask for a dinner date.
Don't use pick up lines, they are so lame and she'll never forget what you said.

most guys just come up to me and say" hey will u go out with me" i always say no cause its usually the as*** that ask me out that way. the best way to ask out a girl is to take her somewere private and tell her how u feel about er and ten the conversation with flow from there.
