It has been ten years now...but there is not a day I dont think of her. I am sure in my heart I was too old for her and I am married. She had a personality tht made every man wish they could have her in their life. And through my eyes I felt she was beautiful. I though she looked like Monica Potter. Everyone could see how I felt (I was her supervisor) Someone called my wife and hinted there was something going on. There was nothing physical. But I still can remember things she would say or do and it brings a bit of pain but with a smile. How do I forget her...how do I move on? I can not talk to anyone. I did find some relief through a dream. In the dream I was able to tell her how I felt. Maybe I just need affirmation that my feelings were real.

Hi there !! Sounds like you got yourself more involved emotionally than you realize. You could write a letter expressing all that you feel deep within, then after your done, go somewhere where you can burn this letter. Somewhere safe. As the letter burn, tell yourself you are releasing your feelings, just as the smoke rises, your thoughts of her, your feelings are rising, dissipating into thin air, you are allowing yourself to let go.
You should also think of the fact that you are married. You are in a relationship, and that is sacred. You should NOT be thinking of someone else, even though nothing physical happened, that is not good. Read self help books, go to a good counsler if you feel you need to talk to someone that will not judge you or repeat what you say.
Many times youth in all its beauty and splendor blinds our true perspective in life, we are blinded , mesmeriezed, maybe it just takes us back to a time when we were young. We do not want to get old, we want to be eternally young.
Think of all the wonderful years your wife and you have had, she too was once young and beautiful. Respect her for that, respect yourself. Our commitment to marriage should be guarded . In this wonderful journey we call life , we will meet many people we like, people with whom we click almost instantly, that should not be grounds though to allow to be unfaithful.Physical or not, thoughts are things. We are in control of our thougths and feelings. I wish you the best. Remember the choices we make today will have an impact on our path tomorrow.
Love, Peace and Light
Always

Keep the good feelings about her, there's nothing wrong with that.
Sometimes, it just happened at the right time and moment, she leaves an unforgetable image in your mind.

Do not worry, you are not having an affair with her in your mind, or are you?

You could and should try to focus more on your current life (like your family, your wife, kids?). Admitting that she's there is better than trying to deceive yourself.

remember, "...to err is human...."

If it is bothering ur wife ....why hang out with any one else..Would you allow ur wife if she thinks of someone in the same way????U hv to make up ur mind to forget her. And it is possible.. u need to make a choice to forget her..I appreciate that u will not allow anyone between ur wife and u...
