Its true that recently condoms makers in India were advised by Indian government officials to reduce the size of condoms the send to India because they seem to be rather big for majority of indian men. Hence, the implication is that Indian guys have small penises. That's said, however, I do not think that size has much to do with being shy in men's shower. It has a lot to do with culture. Indians and Pakistanis do not show their private parts to the public or to one another. They tend to keep them private. That is the main reason, I think.

Its not how big it is- its what you do with it!!! The best things often come in smaller packages! Personally, if I was a bloke, I probably wouldn't want to walk around showing off my manhood, perhaps their willys are so BIG, they don't want to put yours to shame because they are nice chaps and don't want you to feel inadequate!!! Its only coz most of the Asians are raised that way.We are taught not to showcase our privates in public places.Most of the Asian men and women dont show off thier genitals.Its not that we are embarrased but we are raised under such circumstances where we need to cover our privates when others are around us.
