how do you know if you've never been in serious relationships before (serious doesn';t equal oooooh i love hiom and all that BS,.. it equals time and co dependancy and emotional maturity)

The question you have to ask yourself is what is an 18 year old man doing with a young girl.
Generally 18 year old people like to be with others around their own age.
Honey I know you feel like you are in love and maybe you are but probably he's with you for the sex. He thinks you are an easy mark because of your age and inexperience with men.

If your talking about law - YES, so so so wrong..
If your talking love wise - love is blind sometimes..so if u love you ur guy, ask him if he can wait : if he loves u too (and not taking advantage of u) , he would say yes he'll wait..
Plus, it will mature you guys up and theres nothing to rush if u guys are inlove right...
many ,many girls make a mistake when their young and regret their whole lives..let me remind u, though both of u are inlove,
the one who's gonna suffer forever if something goes wrong is you my dear.. even if u guys stay together and get it on-his future also is in jeopardy..If u guys love each other,pls think of slowing down...wait till its legal okay ?
Please think ahead before doing anything..

If you really know what love is,then give your love a time to blossom and in the mean time concentrate in your career(both of you).This way you will stand on your feet by the time you grow enough to marry each ether.So you can take your own decision and get a chance to see a happy ending.

just be careful!
Hopefully you don't fall into the trap of "i thought he loved me so we had sex and now he left me." That frequently happens, but if he treats you well and you don't have sex then it shouldn't be a problem. You just must be able to stand up for yourself if necessary.
And again BE CAREFUL!!
Its not wrong, it is just very ill-advised.
Its fine if there is no sex and he is kind and caring and isn't forcing you to do anything.

As long as there's no sex involved, it's ok.
According to Law, if you were to engage in sexual acts before you turn 18, then he can be arrested... even if you tell the police it was ok. Doesn't matter what you say, it's still illegal. Just be careful.

yes its wrong and sorry if this is going to dash your dreams. He's legal and he might ask from you awhile more. Love is blind but don't let it blind you and take advices seriously, he may not ask from you now but it does not mean he won't later. my friend's in the same situation as you but obviously the guy had already ask her for it, she rejects it but is still blind in love and thinks she's going to marry this guy!
