We stopped dating & became friends 4 months ago when I found out he'd had a gf. I asked him # of times & he denied about it. I finally had it so I broke it off. After break up, we remained friends. About a month ago, he told me he wanted to date me again. I told him that the 2nd time around would be the same unless his gf issue was not resolved. Then, he said he & his gf had been at the end of their relationship when he first asked me out & broken up soon after we started dating.

Also, one of his female friend had a key to his place while we were dating & it bothered me. That was another reasons we broke up. A few weeks ago, he told me how he got the key back from her (though I didn't ask about it). He said he would give me the key if we were dating.

Lately, he's been emailing me more often, telling me more about his day, trying to make next dinner plans while we are on a dinner, etc. He even said he took me for granted 1st time. Do you think his feeling for me is genuine?

i dont know if you can trust him since he certainly hasnt earned it. I believe if he could be unfaithful with his girl then whats to say he wont with you. I use to be with this girl that started things with me when she had a bf. She broke up with him and then we were happy together for 2 and half years until she broke up with me and was making out with someone else in a week. Believe me i learned my lesson the hard way. Its better when someone you meet can be trusted. without trust then what kind of realtionship is there?

He may be feeling alone right now and you are the perfect back-up plan to fall back on since you are his ex and he knows you'll prabably go back to him. The problem is though, when he gets another fine offer, the same thing will indeed happen all over again....happening behind your back. Do you want to take that chance?

Once trust is broken it is hard to rebuild. My advice would be see where it goes SLOWLY. Tell him that you want to see some proof of these things and that your trust needs to be rebuild over time with him proving himself. Tell him that his ex needs to be out of his life completely and this female friend needs to be kept at her distance too.

Give him a chance, but air on the side of caution and make him prove that he is in this for the right reasons and is willing to be a decent boyfriend this time.

As he has broken with his girlfriend,he is again taking you for granted and you are getting carried away . Next time he is on a affair again he might chuck you . BEWARE.

Why would you want to trust a guy that has lied to you already? You don't think that he will do it again? Do you trust this guy enough to vouch for him whatever the situation, that's what you should ask yourself? then you will have your answer.

It seems to me that he is doing all he can to get you to trust him. at the end of the day what have you got to loose?. Try it but just take it slow until you feel more secure
Hope it works out.

I would say no, it seems you busted him last time so he is trying again to see if he can play the game. I would watch out.
