Sago Biscuits
250g butter
300g sago flour
250g plain flour
250g fine sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
1 drop of food colouring
1. Sift all flour and salt together.
2. Mixed butter, sugar, egg and vanilla
3. Add flour and food colouring to mix.
4. Roll dough on a floured table and cut out shapes using cookie cutter.
5. Bake in pre-heated oven 170C for 15 mins till golden browm.

You can do miniature candy canes - they're $2.50 for a box of 100. Some warehouse stores also have Christmas sets for around $10 that have sticker sheets, pencils, and erasers in them (a set of 30 of each), so for $10 you have 90 gifts.
