Jesus H. Christ (no one knows what the H. stands for) didn't actually die on the cross (but in a different way than the Gnostics believed it).
According to these theories, Jesus was taken down from the cross still alive and nursed back to health. He then sired a child with Mary Magdalene, who took the kid to France and raised him there. The Knights Templar formed to protect this secret, codenamed "Holy Grail," and the descendants of Jesus eventually became a line of French kings known as the Merovingians (which would then lead to a neat little inside joke in The Matrix Reloaded).
According to this theory, which is far more convoluted and labyrinthine than the above paragraph might suggest, you can actually meet the living descendent of Jesus today. Unfortunately for residents of George W. Bush's America, he's a Frenchman — a guy by the name of Pierre Plantard, who runs a not-so-secret-anymore society and generally sits around quietly waiting for the world to acknowledge him.

If not - why?

First of all that story with Jesus is just an invention of a sick man. You have to be really stupid to believe it. Who read the Bible knows that it's a lie.
"Who is the liar if it is not the one that denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one that denies the Father and the Son." - 1John 2:22
“Then if anyone says to YOU, ‘Look! Here is the Christ,’ or, ‘There!’ do not believe it. For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will give great signs and wonders so as to mislead, if possible, even the chosen ones. Look! I have forewarned YOU."-Matthew 24:23-25
“I am bearing witness to everyone that hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone makes an addition to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this scroll."-Revelation 22:18

You saw that show too? "Beyond the De Vinci Code"
If Jesus survived (doubt it, the Romans wouldn't have let that happen) is irrelevant. If Christ had a child, very possible yes, but also irrelevant. The fact that Jesus has children makes no difference on my own salvation.
I will say that it is very possible that Christ had a child and descendants are on this earth today. But, those descendants would only have 1/40000th of his DNA or likeness, (assuming 1 generation every 20 years). I would no follow him because he is not Jesus himself and you know someone along the could have (and were) been bad.
Only Jesus himself is the second coming.

Sounds like someone had been watching too much or reading too much of the Davinci Code a made up story and not factorial at all.
Anyway...it is true, Jesus did not die on a cross, he died on an up right pole. The cross was introduced into Christianity by Constantine after his dream of a fiery cross in the sky. The cross itself is a pagan symbol that represents the sun or light.

that's fantastic. As someone said, observing the game with fellow church members isn't a difficulty; observing the game for the period of service on a small hand-held television is, by way of the indisputable fact that man or woman isn't benefitting from being in church. With the content cloth of classified ads and the 0.5-time application being questionable, I also accept as true with the guy who reported that the television should be grew to change into off at those durations. it isn't defiling God's residing house in any respect. there is not some thing incorrect with a football recreation, neither is there some thing incorrect with televised activities. Many Christians participate in a kind of activities, and characteristic been blessed very much of their careers. desire I helped. God bless you. †

I think the Gnostics weren't christian. They were actually a sect of "christians" that John told other christians not to let in their houses because of their heresy.
Anyway, the Gospels of Phillip, Thomas, and Mary can not be traced back to before the 2nd or 3rd Century.
They aren't as credible as the other gospels written by eye witnesses (or by testimony of eye witnesses) in the first century.

Its ironic that people say the New Testament is just fictional stories but go on to say that someone survived being stabbed in the heart, then having kids, then going to France.
What a strange idea.
"Oh Mary thanks for taking me off that cross. Lets get married and go to France"
Who supposedly nursed him back to health? And why did the disciples say they saw him ascend into heaven? And how exactly did he appear to Paul on the road to Damascus?

No I wouldn't accept him, first because the Bible warns against anti-christs (who denied on cross-death) and because I'm not crazy. Why bow down to a man? I'm also too intelligent to consider conspiracy theories and fables.

If Plantard hadn't admitted that the whole story was a hoax concocted in the 1950's in a vain attempt to establish his claim to the throne of England, then he might drum up a few more followers.

That "theory" is a work of fiction. Jesus died on the cross and He has no descendants.
