I havent told my b/f i just figure since he's like 90 he'll die soon enough but its getting out of hand what should i do

He's probably getting senile. Tell you boyfriend, just so he knows, but don't ask him to do anything (except maybe let the other family members know).
When you are at the family gatherings, keep an eye out for Grandpa, and AVOID him. Stay on the other side of the room, or get into another room. If he comes into a room (and you are alone), just leave. It's not being rude. It's preventing a scene. Ignore it.
If he gets grabby, grab his hands, tell him "NO!" in a loud voice, then get out of there while he is still in shock. If he is senile, he's gonna forget about it in five minutes, anyway.
The rest of the family needs to know what's going on so they can understand what you are doing. It's entirely possible that he is hitting on ALL of the women.
My husband's grandfather hit on me a few times -- we live in a four-generation household in Japan. I sometimes feel guilty, but I also feel I have a right to live in peace in my own house.
Since you only see Grandpa a few times a year, you might consider blowing it off. But if you have issues with that sort of thing, respect yourself by saying "I don't have to put up with this." Just keep in mind that he might not be able to control himself, and even if you tell him no, there's a good possibility he'll forget everything and try again later. Like in five minutes.
I know it's tough. Just try not to be alone with him, and get the family's permission to say no. Good luck!

This is the worst joke i have ever heard of. A 90 year old man going after a grandchild. Something is wrong somewhere may be he is sick mentally or you are crazy yourself. He is too old to think of sex and to make things worse from a young girl I'm happy i live where i live this things don't happen.
