Stop eating chips until your knees are bigger than your thighs. Then it will be safe to start eating them again. :D

Cut down or cut out all fatty foods and spreads, all sugar and sugary products like cakes and ketchup, alcohol. Eat only whole grain bread, rice etc. Eat fruit. Do this without compensating with other foods and add walking everywhere if you can and you will lose weight. Even over Christmas observe these points and it will work and you will be the healthiest person around after the holidays.
I did all these things and lost 30 pounds in 3 months and at no time did I feel hungry. I have maintained the new weight level for the past 3 years. Sometimes I have to have a "treat" as my weight would continue to fall.

the best and an easy way to lose weight is to drink lukewarm water whan u feel thirsty instead of cold water.take a glass of warm water with half lemon and 2 tsp of honey in the morning when u wake up.include a 40 min walk in your routine and if u have time add some abdominal excercises like sit ups.this is a guaranteed wightloss method

My friend has tried water theraphy.. where he drinks 10 ltrs of water per day... u need to know what is you body's metabolism and then avoid junk food and fat content.. My friend lost 6 kgs without any medicines but proper diet and water... so try this or Mainly u need to discipline your eating habits..

exersize every day walk 45 minutes and do weights
it will take time so dont give up
if u have money then go to the gym and some one their will help u with the easiest and safest way to loose ur exses bagage

i think that exercise is one of the many ways you could loose fat. another is diet, control your eating habits. another could be surgery, if you have the money but if not go to liposuction. and the last way that i can think of is drink an herbal medicine.

i find the best way is to find a sport you really enjoy, because then you'll stick to it, i used to be really unfit, but i joined karate and now I'm doing really well and i still enjoy it!
oh and remember to try and eat well (alot easier said then done!)
