how come they dont wrinkle thier faces like humans?

When a cat sneezes, you can see their whiskers pull up and back. This is the same as a human's face wrinkling while sneezing. Isn't it so cute?

I've never seen a cat with wrinkles. Just those wrinkly Chinese dogs. LOL... So, when your cat sneezes, do you say "God Bless You"? I do!
