If i'm still want to keep my old passport number for support some certificate that apply before, is it workable?

New numbers are assigned to a passport when renewed.

My old passport validity is espiring, renewal of passport under process, after renewal of passport ,old & new passport number is same ?

YES. Everytime you renew your passport, its a rule that you HAVE to provide your latest photograph and the new passport issued would have a completely new number with all the information about you updated.

Yes. Whenever you get a completlely new passport, it has a new number.
