Where can i get a recipe for Cornish ice cream?

I have searched the internet and connot find any recipes i need to find one.

my fam fave. you can change the red bean with sweet corn (grate the corn or use the corn paste), or green bean

**Red Bean Ice Cream (Azuki Ice Cream)

Change to: quart US Metric
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sweetened red bean paste
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

In a large bowl, beat sugar and egg yolks till pale and yellow. Set aside.
Bring the milk to a boil in a heavy medium saucepan and then turn off heat.
Slowly whisk hot milk into the yolk/sugar mixture. Pour the entire mixture back into the saucepan.
Turn on to a very low heat and stir constantly, till it thickens. Do not let it boil!
Take the mix off the heat and whisk in the red bean paste. Strain the entire mixture into a large bowl.
Let it cool for about 2 minutes and then stir in the cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Process according to your ice cream maker's instructions.

**Corn Ice-cream
30 min 30 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
1 liter milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup vanilla extract
1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn

Mix the milk, corn starch, sugar and eggs in blender.
Put mixture in medium sized pot, and bring to a boil.
Then add vanilla and corn.
Mix well, and place in freezer safe bowl.
Check it in a few hours, when it starts to freeze, stir it (so corn doesn't all end up on the bottom).
Freeze a few more hours, and enjoy!

i dont know the recipe but i know where you can sell it in Cornwall i went there in the summer holidays and found cornish biscuits as well
