a wet nose is supposed to be a sign that the cat is truly healthy. Put in another way, a dry nose may signify that the cat has a fever. Got that from the cat wellness book.

When a cats nose is wet it means that it is a healthy little cat, but when its dry or drier than usual you should take it to the vet cause it's most likely that it will be a little sick.
