24, Shes been with a bf for 4 yrs but he wont marry her?
She has a 3yr old w.him.
He stays with her sometimes in her parents house and pays money for the daughter but he has no plans to marry her.
She is open to flirting and seems interested but
Im thinking its a bad idea?

In order to safeguard your feelings you should make sure that she ends it with him first. This way when you want to marry her its not to complicated and you will want to marry her, right?
In considering her situation consider that she has a daughter and may be wanting more than you are prepared to give even if she doesn't say so.

They are a package deal and I don't mean just the girl and daughter. The boyfriend a.k.a. baby's daddy will always play some part in the child's life. If she is okay with how her life is then you should be okay. At most you should put your feelings out there to see how she responds. No harm no foul, but if you think she's worth it go for it. By the way, don't try to play the hero and believe you are taking her away from some terrible life.

Well it sounds like a bad idea to me.
So what are you thinking, just want to flirt with her and let her have a baby for you?
Are you planning to married her?
How about the kid she has with this guy?
Can you accept the baby as your "Half son"?
Are you sure she is not over with her bf? Otherwise, you have to accept a "half gf"...
Why don't you find a single and available girl?

You didnt indicate if she loves him, although you mentioned that she is open to flirting. That may mean a no, that may not mean anything. Can you see yourself as her husband instead, and would you be a father to the kid too? Ask yourself some questions, but if you really want her - give it a go.

I think you need to talk to her about where you stand first, there could be plenty of mixed feelings, she could just simply be confussed because the man she had a child with wont marry her, clear the air before you jump to any conclussions.

it doesn;t sound like something you'd wanna get involved in, i mean she has been with him for 4yrs and has a child with him. even though she's open to flirtation, i doubt that her boyfriend is open for her to do that, and whatever guy tries to get involved with her, well....lets just say that the guy she's with now wont be very happy and he'll probably do something about it....i dont know what you really wanna do, but just by the information you've given us, i'd say dont get involved. =)

It normally is a bad idea to fool around with someone involved, unless you knew for sure that they were going to break up.
