I really do think we just die. No supernatural beings or ghosts. No seeing your loved ones again. The eternal bliss is in the true emptiness of not-existing. Without form how can there be suffering?

i believe we go to the realms of spirit , where we meet with our loved ones who have passed before us
we continue to learn , grow and move through spirit realms
until one day joining back with the energy we came from ( the God energy)
