ok like this guy i likes told my friend he likes me he thinks im funny and sweet and i know he knows i like him alot besides the fack that i hint it each tme i talk to him we talk all the time on the phone and make each other laugh but he says he doesent want another girlfriend because of the last one but we play around like we gonna get together and never deside on a day but i gusse what im trying to say is should i wait for him to decide to wanna go out or should i ask him out ?

You're treating 'being boyfriend and girlfriend' like a marriage. You don't set a day. He's not ready for a girlfriend but he likes you and you like him back.
Just spend lots of time with him. Be his best friend. Let it evolve into something else. Don't force it to happen and don't say no when it does.
Setting a date is for marriage, not dating.

well if he had a bad relationship before he may be scared to get involved again..from what you said it is clear that he likes you..he could be testing the waters trying to find out what you are really like before making any kind of choice... be Patience and ride it out....
