I respect and admire virginity first and foremost
Some boys(no-alot!) of them are only in it (the relationship) for something not beyond sex, they're called players, they'll tell this girl "oh I love you" the next "you're the one i only love",The players don'y get hurt because they don't care for them emotionally
The only tips I could tell you is to be yourself, make self-improvements towards yourself physically and mentally, bring out the confidence, intelligence and sense of humor from your heart!Any guy that is worthy (that actually wants something beyond sex with you) will notice you're not the same kinda girl like alot of high school girls would try to take the time and effort to get to know you, some girls actually dumb themselves thinking the guys paying attention to them actually "feel something" for her,but they're only opportunists, they want any desperate opportunity to sleep with an "easy girl",and dumb chicks portray this always in purpose.Every girl is beautiful and they don't need to dumb themselves...but my only advice is be straight forward with yourself first of all and God Bless

Oh, you're not left behind. I didn't kiss anybody until I was out of high school. I didn't have an exclusive girlfriend until way after that. I had a lot of friends and a lot of girls did want to date me, but I always wanted different people than the ones who wanted me.
Anyhow, I would suggest toning down the dominance. You don't need to be the loudest and funniest and most noticed. Just be cool with things.

Your are the perfect girl wait for some more time and get married to a guy who is suitable in all ways to you i.e his eating habits, his education, his manners, his family culture, his religion, his caste, his community etc etc are all acceptable to you and similarly all your qualities are also acceptable to him and both of you take a committment in life that you will stay together even when you face all known and unknown hurdles in life after that get married to him and have sex and get children and this is the best life that can ever be to in the mankind. All the best.

The only tip I can give you is wait for the right guy. Don't be worried about what your friends are doing. Just keep busy doing the things you like to do then if you meet someone get to know eachother before jumping into bed. Don't be one to just get it over with, these are the people who regret it.

Check your "very strong and dominating personality". It could be the cause. No man likes a dominating woman.

Don't feel pressured to date. Wait till you meet a guy that suits your personality and whom you really like.
I started dating at 15 because my friends had boyfriends and really... I look back at horror and think "WHY did I DATE them??" --I didn't have a truly meaningful relationship until I turned 19. Avoid the retrospective embarassment and wait until you find the right guy.
