My coping mechanisms consist of writing and walking. I tend to write my way out of my troubles when times become difficult. It really puts things into perspective. Disappearing on a long walks also helps in diminishing burdens.

i dont know that i have coping hobbies, i simply have a lot of hobbies and always have had

Weightlifting and running. It gives you an outlet for your stress, is healthy, and helps keep your energy level up.
