I dont know if god did but lack of testosterone certainly did. in the womb before birth we are either female or male chromosomes but the levels of testosterone we are exposed to makes us more manly more athletic less goofy regardless i were male female. just look at women pro athletes or tomboys they are female but coordinated and really not goofy. An male pro ath;letes are icons by the media Nike Adidas etc..
Testosterone changes the brain and the body in the womb really influences you its a part of genetics. But even if a male or female is effeminate he or she still might when a Nobel prize meaning they could still be smart I dont know what causes that testosterone may play a part in different parts of the brain but i don think it makes a genius.

goofy is relative. Some men (especially traditional) have failed to recognize a female brand of intelligence. We have things that men don't have (even beyond our physical bodies--imagine that) and vice versa. Men need us and we need them, but arrogance (on both parts) makes us discard the other.

Because according to history, God originally was a woman called Goddess. It was men who gave God a sex-change operation. I don't know who is the goofiest.

and by the way, GOd made women from man .. so if we are goofy, its coz we were unfortunate to inherit the trait (which came from MAN!!)
