Do they have like adoption programs I can send myself to!?!??!?! I hate my family, I hate them. Every time I try to gain their respect I just get shot down by mockery. WHY!?!???!??! IS THERE A WAY I CAN FIND A BETTER FAMILY!?!??!?

Go to your school counselor, and get help. Tell someone in your school your situation, tell a teacher, a counselor anyone and they can send someone to your home and you guys can get counseling help. Sometimes a little family counseling is all that was needed. And never leave home, because that's not always a good way out. Talk things out with a counselor, tell everyone until your family cchange

because you're human. Those "loving families" you see on TV are fiction--nobody really lives like that. Stop worrying about their respect (they don't seem to be worthy of your respect, why would you want theirs?) and work on getting good grades so you can blast out of there into college as soon as possible.
My all-time favorite cartoon shows a man sitting alone in a large conference room. The banner over the stage reads, "Adult Children of Functional Families."

the only person responsible for your happiness is you you will never find happiness in people even family you have to be content with your own situiation some day when you are older you will find this out find some good friends that lift you up and just know that someday you will be an adult and then you might understand a little better then you will see the big picture just take it day by day

maybe you have heard this before, or maybe you are still young to understand it.you are so lucky to still have a family.doesn't matter if they are family from hell or just a perfect loving family that not everybody so lucky to got one.why don't you try to open your mind and focused on other thing teenage love to do like find your own friend that can make you feel alive.or find a hobby that can take your mind of your family.ok.enjoy your life, don't make your family drag your from living as human being.ok.i'm survive,so can you.

There is no such thing as a perfect family.Anyway you have not really explained why you hate your family. My guess is that you are at the age when the whole world sucks. All families mock each other from time to time.Mine does. Hang in there and you will get through. You need to stand up for yourself.

Get love and you will get love! Keep a low profile and do what you are told. Honor and respect your parents and that will get you a long way. Its in the Bible. Its even one of the Commandments. Honor and respect thy mother and father and long will be the days of your life. This means if you treat them well your children will also treat you well. Destroy the hate you have by saying I am not going to hate anymore. I am going to Love, and love only! I promise you your life will get better! I guarantee it. Try it!

You need to find your own tribe, surround yourself with people outside the family that respect you and make you feel good about yourself and get the strength you need from them. You can choose your friends but not your relatives unfortunately.

yes Family and childrens /or child services what ever it is called in your area can get involved if things are bad in your home ,you can talk to a child protection worker"IF' things really need to be looked at.Also remember you have a responsibility to your family as well.Hopefully there is no abuse here.If that is the case ..get help now.If no abuse you need to talk to your parents rationally.

Yes, you can "divorce" your parents. Find out what the laws are in your state, though, before you try to get the ball rolling on it.
