take them and put them on their backs when they are around the other puppies. wait until they calm down to a submissive state and then let them up. don't let them get away with anything.

Do not EVER pick a dog up because of bad behavior, it is a reward. Proper discipline could be a firm sharp NO, a spray in the face from a water bottle or a sharp, quick correction while wearing a training collar( not ID collar). He will not grow out of it, it will only get worse. Try bringing in a pro. trainer, providing at least 30 minutes of exercise daily(playing and running in your yard do NOT count, try a walk or a jog) and take him to a rigorous basic obedience course(not at petco or petsmart, usually local trainer work well) Hope i helped!

I have 2 chocolate labs and I have found by treating them like young children works well. When they need discipline, then you discipline. I hold mine by the collar and talk to them just like a child, eye to eye. Get their attention and show who in control and that bad behavior is unacceptable. Make your voice heard STERNLY and not yelling either. I have been told my Hersey and Max have better manners than my neighbors grandchildren and even some adults. Are you the Alpha or Omega? Good Luck

Time to re-home these puppies, I'm guessing that is what you're in the process of doing.

It looks like you're having a dominance struggle. There are cases of dogs that are bullies rather than just being dminant leaders.

Seperate the bully/s from the other dogs.

You may just have to separate them into different kennels for the time being
