I'm not 100% certain, but it seems very likely. There is a lot of evidence and just very strange things that went on. If you watch Cops on TV (or any police or crime show), the suspects are always separated as soon as possible. This way, when they tell their stories, the police can compare them for discrepancies to see if they are lying.

Notice how during the 9/11 hearings, not only did Bush and Cheney refuse to testify under oath, but they had to testify together. Of course they had plenty of time to get their stories straight, but Bush is such a moron that he had to testify with Cheney to make sure they both answered the same way.

Hopefully Rep. Henry Waxman will hold legitimate hearings and force these evil traitors and mass murderers to testify separately, under oath, and in public.
