without any reason specially in the month o f winter i get infection.
Sometimes even when i eat a chocolate

It could be because of post nasal drip -- which is triggered by dirty air, dry air, air with mold, smoke, all sorts of things. You can try and reduce the triggers (and yes, I've had throat problems after eating chocolate, too!).

Or you could try gargling with salt water, and cleaning your nostrils. I started cleaning my nostrils last month (it's kind of gross, but basically you pull some water up your nose, then blow it out really hard), and my throat condition has become so much better.

It may work for you, or it may not. Also, you should try to improve your general health -- eat a balanced healthy diet, get some exercise and be sure to get enough sleep.

Sometimes the family dog can continuously reinfect people with strep throat. Dogs can be carriers, without ever being sick themselves, as they don't get sick from strep germs.
My Friends went through this for the better part of a year before the family Dr. finally recommended that the Vet test the animal for strep. The result was positive, the dog was treated with antibiotics, and then everyone was healthy.
