I've been thinking of going to an out-of-state university for an advanced degree or second degree OR getting the degree online. I haven't made a decision yet.

Lot of good out of state colleges around.
You may need to keep a check on the costs. Some states are raising the fee for out of state students this year.

If you have to ask such a mundane question like that then go. It is obvious you are a person who has an extremely difficult time making decisions to life's little situations, therefore, can't even attempt answering for yourself the bigger questions in life. This shows a lack of maturity. Why waste people's time with such trivialities?
