I know this is an abstract question, but do you ever walk around in this world and just wonder---what is it all for?

Or more importantly---Why is it that Everytime I get something I want or need, it still doesnt "COMPLETE" me---it's like a constant void waiting to be filled--but by WHAT??

The meaning of life is what you choose it to be. Really there are two broad paths to choose from. The first is that of the world. Get a job, make some money, buy stuff you like, possibly marry, and overall just enjoy this life. This path is the path of self.

The other path is that of the spirit. This path is centered around building a relationship w Christ, around making disciples, and growing as a Christian. It is a path of servitude. It is a path where you strive to help your neighbor, feed him, clothe him, visit him in prison, and being nice to those who hate you. I can guarentee you that if you follow this second path, that void will fill. It will fill w love and w the Holy Spirit. If you earnestly seek the kingdom of God, those days of being bored and feeling meaningless will ceast.

Hope this helps.

Good question my friend. The answer is simple "Nothing". The meaning of Life is nothing. Every thing in life happens. We enter the world without our choice, Live in the same way and pass away and quit.

I walk around this world and wonder why it would have to have 'meaning' and how would it be different if there is none?
As for that void, it will never be filled, for it's cause is desire. As long as you grasp for fullness it will be there.

In fact "you" better understand the meaning the life,
No materialities can please human being for a long time.you consider to find more constant things that will find in spirituality things.
You can mix them both materials and spiritual together then you will enjoy the life better than past.
for example if world is 1,000,000,000,000,.... we all are living in small part of its 0/1. God is much big, we can't see him.

You can never be fullfilled completely. Humans are engineered to keep searching, pushing the envelope. That is why we are where we are. You should channel that energy into doing things that are worthwile.

Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.

I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.

You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.

The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

Life is a game. Whoever dies with the most toys wins.

I thought everybody knew that.
