We all know the great Australia v New Zealand sport rivalry. We have it in most sports but what if we did a Ryder Cup style of tornerment between us Aussies and the Kiwis. We could even invite the English for a triangular style of golf.
How does that sound. Do this every year and then international golfers can challenge the US golfers on the US tour!

I'm not sure how many quality players Australia and New Zealand have. I'm sure that this type of tournament would be fun down under, not sure that it has global appeal.
How about having the tournament as you have suggested, then have the winning team play the Euros, Ryder cup style, or play the Canadians? Either of those would be interesting.

Thats a good idea. But with other main sports hasseling the three countries it may not be enough time.
