The best way is to find a company to sponsor you. That is easier said than done. Are you coming from the UK? You will find it easier (but still not easy). The solid UK education and common language/culture will help.

It is true you will have to be board-certified in any state that you work in. depending on the state, that may take a few weeks, several months, or require you to undergo a whole new training period. You will need to do your research on each state.

This whole process is not easy. It requires perseverance. it requires you to devote a lot of your spare time to research and then following up to secure a job and a visa. The good news is that, once you are here, you can apply to adjust status so that you do not have to work for the company that sponsored you. that is more work but well worth doing.

I'm fairly sure that in most states, a Pharmacist must be state certified, which probably means you must document your education from an accredited school, which, depending on your country of origin might be impossible. Also, I doubt that any pharmacy will give you a job offer sight unseen.

You need a work visa or work permit !! To get that you would need to have an extraordinary talent or have a bachelor degree. According to how good its your talent or profession and how much is needed in the US, they will give you a wait time. If your talent or profession is really needed you will not have to wait a long time, but if they already have many people with your profession or talent you would have to wait longer.

Try posting the question after most of America wakes up - they're 5 to 8 hours behind us from East to West coast.
