Eat healthy food, rich in vegetables - but remember to have a varied diet, you DO need fat etc.. in it.

A balanced combination of fruit, vegetables, meat, cereals and other carbohydrates will supply you wil all the essential minerals and vitamins your body needs to keep a healthy nervous system.

If you eat properly then you should start to feel a bit better and maybe able to do some light exercise - just start it off by walking up and down stairs a few times, at your own pace and building from there.

However, do remember that starting any new diet and exercise routine, it's a good idea to check with your doctor first to see if there's anything you should specifically avoid.

Good luck!

Yes, we have multi-level companys that are dealing with sumplements that strengthen the nerves. Companies like GNLD originating from south Africa, Dynapharm Company originating from Malysia, Swissguard etc. Their products are spread all over the world. Please do deal with these for they are natural and don't have any side effects. This has worked to many why not to you. Try Dynapharm products especially.

think you should be checked out by a doctor, no one should feel like that as there is plenty things you could get from the doctor, if he/she does not seem to help then ask for a second opinion, they have to oblige, good luck, take care and a merry xmas

There is not a particular way to do that. But your symptoms suggest that there may be a specific ailment; see a doctor.
