Beep Beep is what we say in the USA.
Have you ever seen the Road Runner cartoon? Beep Beep!
Din Din is a cute word we use for dinner.
Pang Pang means nothing to me.

hmmm....multiple good ones have already been suggested plus there r some tremendously cool sounding horns already.... i could like a medley i think, that way each and every time i honk there is something new. My 1st selection could be Queens 'Bohemian Rhapsody' the completed version, in simple terms for the relaxing of it. i could confirm to play it if caught in a jam. 2d selection could be Queens 'yet another One Bites the airborne dirt and mud' for whilst somebody tries to bypass me. and then i could desire to get a quote of of the timeless classic A Christmas tale 'you will shoot your eye out youngster!'

In the UK it's generally "beep beep".

PS It's not a silly qestion! I started a little survey on the exclamations from people of different nationalities when they accidentally knock against something and hurt themselves. For example, English "Ouch!", French (pronounced) "Aaaah-eeeeeee".
