I was wondering if i should go to a doctor and see if it may have been a hairline fracture that healed wrong or what i should do. I have to wear an ankle brace on both ankles at night because either i want to walk on the side of my foot or it just plain hurts when i am sitting, standing, laying down. Whatever i do it hurt if i dont have the ankle brace on and then after a while i have to take it off because that hurts but then have to put it right back on. Its getting tiresome and well i cant always mess with an ankle brace when i have a boyfriend that has ADHD and always on the go. Any advice will do!!

If you can, see a doctor and go to a physical therapist. A good PT can give you exercises to build up the strength of your ankle and get the muscles realigned to work together without pain.

Elizabeth you need to go to the doctor, have the bones Xrayed and an MRI possibly as well. This will show the extent of the damage to your foot and ankle.
The ankle and foot make up 25% of the bones in the body, they're very important. I'm sorry you're having all these issues, but I suggest you see the doctors. They'll direct you on the right course of treatment.
