cut the crap. Why set "waiting" periods on how long you have to wait to call someone back so you don't seem desparate? Why the lies? Why not just say, "Hey. I'm interested in you." or "Sorry. I don't feel us working out." instead of "Uhh, I'll call you.". What happened to honesty and being able to say "I don't love you" instead of "Um, we'll be great friends, I promise" and afterwards never talk to that person again. Is it too much to live this yourself and expect that back?

I don't under stand the whole say something nice so you don't hurt their feeling thing. If its a lie then its even worse come on now if you can't just be honest I think you might as well turn around a walk on. Waiting periods please if you don't call im thinkin your already walkin or maybe your second guessing. If you like someone show it the worse that could happen is they might not like you back in return but hello youve been in the same boat too. Never hold back.

I agree with every single word you said. But to put a start to the honesty, you have to be the one to stand for it. From now on, YOU be honest. You be everything you want others to be. You be the one to cut the crap. Hopefully soon after others will too. But until you don't practice your own rules, you can't except others to follow.

Your desire will probably 'never' happen.
There will 'always' be lies, half truths, and excuses.
Some humans are so insecure within themselves they will say/do anything to protect themselves, even if it means lying.
Those insecure ones are 'always' the ones who 'cannot' be honest with just about every aspect of their lives.
I'm like you, I wish people could and would be upfront, and honest, but it's just not that way..
Of course some things are actually 'better left unsaid', than to intentionally hurt someone, but outright dishonesty is wrong.

I think you are talking about the games people play while chatting or dating. One is afraid to say how they feel because of being rejected.
