i need a format or an example on how to write an authorization letter.. i want somebody to claim my prize because I'm out of the country.. I'm gooing to fax it, I'm just worried about my grammar.. I just want it to be formal and neat.. for them to allow the person to get my prize... thanks...

If you have won a prize which i doubt you have then why would the grammer have to be neat as you put it to claim the prize ? Go elsewhere you idiot !
