take several shots for the object in nearly the same lighting media, choose the one that has the best background and open it in photoshop to be the base background pic.
open another one and separate it from its background carefully by the selecting tools, drag it to the base pic and move to the best place and size..
in the same way, drag another pics, each one of them will be in its own layer.
use the " adjustment" option in the image menu to correct each layer properly.
save it as PSD then use "save as" to make a copy of JPG for Internet handling

The photographer has taken several photos of the male subject, in different dress and sitting, standing etc. He/she has also taken a picture of a brick wall. The brick wall picture has been opened and set as first layer. Then each photograph of the subject has been opened, carefully selected and then the background removed. That picture has then been cut and pasted onto the background, probably on a different layer in order that they can all be arranged properly. It may have been necessary to resize the separate pictures of the individual concerned in order that they all looked naturally the same. Yes, you can do this in PSP8

I see a minimum of 7 exposures using a tripod to capture the same spot.... and a lot of great PhotoShop work... I don't think PSP will do this.
