I had surgery on both my jaws three weeks ago. I still feel some pain, but I definitely feel stronger. I am a runner and 3 weeks without my regular runs are hard to handle. Can someone tell me when is it safe to start running again after the surgery?

This is a question only your surgeon can reliably answer.
In the meantime, perhaps walking or cycling.
I can totally relate, it is so hard to go without exercise, especially during such a time of stress when you need it all the more.
Hang tough & be smart, take good care & Merry Christmas!
