I know your problem, because I have it too. Your problem isn't what you're doing, but how you see yourself.

Have you ever heard of the self-image? In your case, yours is of a fatter person than you "want" to be. Somebody once said that when your will battles your imagination, imagination always wins the day.

Look in a mirror every day for a month. Look at what you like, and what you don't like, then imagine the changes you want to see. Get amped up about it. In a few months, you'll BE a different person. You'll be eating like a thin person, exercising like a thin person, without any particular effort at all.

all that u have 2 do is dicipline yrself.
