Can you describe the reason you personally believe you are not imagining the whole thing? (not asked to be disrespectful)

A personal relationship with jesus is the same as a relationship with your inner self. we are all one with god and those little inner voices that we choose to listen to or ignore are invalueable listen to them. We all believe what we believe because that is where we are on the time line of truth. there are some things that we know to be true even if solid proof cannot be found. This world offers two choices, love back to father or dominion the other place.
always choose love

i dont think im imagining my devotion to Jesus. And I dont believe the 4 visions i had in my youth can be anyting but proof, and it can in noway be an imagination but I could not think such things up by myself.
with that said I have Also come to KNOW that there are sorceries and Technologies that can produce the VOICE of GOD. in fact one technology is called the voice of god that can produce Voices in the mind. The japanese utilize the same technology in vending machines at 50 feet radiuses.

Ok as for personal relationships. Anyone can say it, but most who say it are probably completely Honest with themselves. The highest form of a relationship is shaking his hand, eating dinner, and walking with him, just like Enoch and abraham and the 12 apostles. At the least of the definition of a relationship is prayer and maybe now and then the communion of the spirit, or maybe the next level is prayer and prayers being answered with the still small voice and a gentle guiding light.
but there are so many Forgeries in the world that fall under the category of witchcrafts and sorceries that it was enough for John to write in the book of revelation ch 18:23 that sorceries DECEIVE the nations. and in verse 4 he hears an angel testify that the people of God have joined the church of satan and therefore asks HIS people to "COME OUT OF HER".

i have personally always thought it must be an imagined thing. I mean, come on.

responding to slkc above: nothing of what you said is proof of anything. You talked about the 300 phophecies that came true....you only know they came true because the bible later says they did....but that could also me made up so it really proves nothing. Same with the 40 different people that supposedly wrote it and there are no contradictions....what if one person wrote the whole bible, and then made up a story about how 40 different people wrote it? once again, this proves nothing. I'm just saying...

because I believe the Bible to be true. Because it claims to be reliable. But not just because it claims to be but because it proves to be reliable on the basis of bibliographic, archaeological and historical tests. There exists better manuscript evidence (a greater number of manuscripts, dated more closely to the original and with few significant variants) for the New Testament than for all the other top ten pieces of ancient literature combined.

The Bible also claims to be the word of God. Evidence supports the Bible's claim to be the word of God. All time best seller, most translated book in the history of the world. Predicts the future. Over 300 messianic prophesies in the Old testament that come true through the life of Jesus (check out Isaiah 53). It is also unique in its continuity. There are 40 plus authors from all walks of life, over 1600 years, 3 different continents and languages, writing on hundreds of controversial topics without contradiction, one unfolding story--reconciliation between God and man.

So that is why I believe it with all of my heart.

I am not a 'born again' Christian. I am a Christian and I talk to Jesus every day. A few time I have felt the presence of God. I could be crazy, who knows. A personal relationship with anyone is taking the time to be with that person and communicating with them. IMO, it has nothing to do with being 'saved' or what some call being 'born again'.

Like a relationship with ur bestfriend. Why im not imagining? Well i could say something that doesnt make me sound nuts, but instead im gonna say something that ull totally not believe. I have seen God, been to heaven, seen angels and demons, have felt God's presence, and have witnessed hundreds of healings such as blind eyes open, deaf ears opened, paralyized get back feeling, broken bones healed, and many more. Some are documented, doctors have confirmed.

any personal relationship would at least require both parties to be on first name terms, usually phone and fax numbers and email addresses. until they have these it is preumptuous to say that you are having a personal relationship with anybody.

If anybody is having a personal relationship, could you get jesus to call me, i lost his number

It means that we understand the cross in a PERSONAL way.
It should have been ME on that cross, He died because of MY sin,
It was more than just an event in history, it has personal ramifications for ME. When I turned to Him in repentance, I received life from God, and now I KNOW Him.
