Have you had your appendix removed. Generally the appendix is on the right side but I know several cases, including my own brother where the pain was not located in the usual place. When they operated they found his appendix in his pelvis and my aunt's appendix was in the back. Have someone take you to the emergency room and have a blood test taken for appendicitis. It is better to be safe than sorry.

if your condition improves when you take tums or zantac or things like that, then your stomachs fluids are out of whack for some reason. if you were fighting an infection or invasion like a virus (flu), then you would also have fever. if your stomach area hurts when touched then you have a more serious problem involving an organ inside. most doctors will eliminate worst case scenarios like that on your first visit. help your body win the fight by eating things that are simple to digest like soup, yogurt, cottage cheese. drink plenty of water, because with your vomitting and lack of eating, your body will need a drink, but try stuff like instant breakfast or gatorade to help replinish other needed things from being sick. anytime you can take a daily vitamin is good. your description is hard to diagnose due to lack of information. don't forget, when our lives get stressed and our bodies react (like around christmas), we sometimes develop an irritable bowel (bowel:from stomach to the other end), which can make us sick and have to go to the bathroom a lot. check your stress level. if high, learn how to meditate or self-hypnosis, but mainly find at least an hour for you and you only. even if this doesn't help with your hurting, it will help YOU level your stress and for a time peace may come your way and the pain may subside.

Rotavirus. The stomach flu. It's the most common cause of those symptoms. If it doesn't improve in a few days, go back in, just in case I'm wrong. :)
