Probably not. It just messes with your head for a few days, and smoke is never good for your lungs. If you're a teen, it's a good idea to stay away from drugs of all kinds, cause your brain is still growing. It can affect your ability to do well in school as well. There will be plenty of time for weed later in life (unless you work somewhere that does random drug tests, like I do :P).

No, it will not mess up your liver. The biggest study of the health effects to date was done by Kaiser Permanente. They surveyed 65,000 patients over a period of many years. They found that there was no significant difference between the health records of pot smokers versus non-pot-smokers. This is also the basic conclusion of every other major study of the subject.

all illegal drugs, act like sandpaper on your brain, each time you use them, more of your brain cells get sanded away. stop the drugs, and don't drink either. there is a reason it's called substance abuse! do not abuse your body with booze, drugs or smokes!
