No you can eat them right out of the can. I like baking them or frying them a little though.

Anything canned, (at least in the USA) can be eaten straight out of the can. However, once opened, the food doesnt have the shelf life it would have had before the canning process, so eat right away, or refridgerate.

you can eat it out from the can, but i like to warm it up and add it with some chilli, n put it on top of spagetti. its great!

No, they are a salted fish that are precooked. They are good on pizza, and chopped up on salad.
