3 months, and you can safely loose 2lbs a week. So assuming 4 weeks each month (I didn't count!) you could loose 24lbs. That would put you in about the healthy weight range (I'm 5'9", healthy for me is 169, so you're will be somewhat less but not too much).
It's hard to loose those 2 lbs every week though, you have to be committed big time. You need to cut 3500 calories for every pound you want to burn, so to burn 2 lbs a week, you need to cut 7000 calories a week, or 1000 a day. The best way to do that is to cut 500 calories from your diet (don't cut too much, you don't want to get so hungry you binge!) and exercise enough to burn 500 calories (mostly vigorous exercise like running for an hour a day, it varies based on the exercise, look it up on google). Or you could cut 400 calories, exercise to burn 600, etc. Pick an exercise you enjoy and you'll be more likely to stick with it. If you get hungry, have fruit and veggies on hand.... but watch the dressing with those veggies!
Also, it's a bad idea to eat less than 1200 calories a day... you're body will start to starve and your metabolism will drop... so make up for that limit with exercise.

Speaking from experience;
Your BMI ( Body Mass Index ) from your current weight is:
29.8 which means you're overweight.
Your body needs 2151 Calories/day to Maintain your weight.
Each pound lost means = 3500 calories burned. Therefore, when on a diet, & having less than 2151 calories a day, let's say
1500calorie per day, your body will be burning 621 calories a day & in 90 days ( till the 18th of march, you will be burning 55890 calories, each pound 3500calories, therefore, u will lose around 16pounds, that's on a no-exercise diet & without starving yourself.
