Umm.... Godel isn't God, if that's what you were infering.
Godel's incompleteness theorem regards mathematics, and not God. It doesn't conclude that the universe is incomplete, or that any being may be incomplete. It simply regards certain types of mathematical theorems.

if GOD is GOD, He must be:
Omniscient- know everything
Omnipotent- all powerful
Omnipresent- can be everywhere at once

so NO, HE is not incomplete. Perhaps you are.
