There are several retailors that carry some fairly good Italian machines that can be bought new or used. I would go to a Philippino manufacturer and buy a copy of the machine for half the price. Sometimes a copy can be better if you know what to look for. Some manufacturers will take a used model you might have and make a duplicate. They do this with small restaurant ovens and pizza ovens in Thailand. You just have to be careful not to buy a copy at Import prices and that is your biggest problem, so I would go for a generic model because you want to keep your costs low and it wll be easier to get parts.
