Add 1/4 c water, 1 t. butter, 1t. pancake mix and stir well. Reheat. It will increase the amount of gravy, thus reducing the salt content without losing the flavor of the gravy.

I know for salty soup you can drop in a peeled potato to suck up the salt. It might work for gravy too.

Put a chunk of raw potato in it for a few minutes, then take the 'tater out. It should soak up the extra salt.

This works for over-salted soups and stews, not sure about gravy.
Peel and cut a potato in it, let it cook for awhile. The potato absorbs the salt.

You need to stretch it out with something that has no salt in it yet. More flour and water I guess, if you don't have more meat drippings.
